Shipping Policy

Shipping :


-We ship via UPS by default and USPS, FEDEX and freight upon request.

-We also hand deliver to trucking companies & labeling companies in downtown Los Angeles upon request.


-When the order is placed, we ship immediately as available.


-The shipping rates are weight-based and will be adjusted/added upon final shipment.


-All ship dates are estimated in house date, it is not a guaranteed shipping date.


-There could be a delay with the shipment or production, and the estimated date may be pushed back as we fulfill on a first come first serve basis.


-It is the buyer's responsibility to request a cancellation of any pre ordered items prior to shipping.


-All orders are considered final and any orders placed online are not subject to a confirmation via phone or email, unless directly requested by the customer. 


Return Policy:


-Any damages must be notified to us within 14 business days prior to the invoice date.


-No credit will be issued on items returned after the permitted time. 


-Unauthorized returns will NOT be accepted, please contact us to request for a return. 


-Once approved for return or exchange, we will send an email with a Return Merchandise Authorization form.


-The form must be placed inside the package that is being returned to us.


-Merchandise must be in its original packaging with all tags in place.


-Any label change or modification to the merchandise will NOT be accepted.


-Our return department will inspect the returned items and store credit will be issued accordingly.
